The Honourable Tony Wakeham, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will present the 2025 Premier’s Medal for Arts, Heritage, Sport and Recreation today (Friday, May 22), at 2:00 p.m.

The ceremony will take place at The Rooms, 9 Bonaventure Ave., St. John’s.

Premier Wakeham will be joined by the Honourable Andrea Barbour, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation.

The Premier’s Medal for Arts, Heritage, Sport and Recreation is the most prestigious honour in the province for these disciplines, recognizing excellence and community contributions.
