The Honourable Tony Wakeham, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will deliver opening remarks at the annual Maritime and Arctic Security and Safety (MASS) Conference on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The address takes place at the St. John’s Convention Centre, 50 New Gower Street, St. John’s, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

MASS brings together industry leaders, northern representatives, and stakeholders from across Canada and around the world to showcase the strength and collaboration of the defence, aerospace, and security sectors. The conference will highlight multi‑domain capabilities essential to advancing Canada’s security and sovereignty in northern and maritime environments.
