The Honourable Andrea Barbour, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, today announced $71,000 in funding to support regional organizations that provide visitor services throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
These organizations help connect travellers with local attractions, accommodations, experiences and tourism operators, encouraging visitors to explore communities across the province and support tourism activity in rural regions.
Funding supports regional visitor information services that complement the Provincial Visitor Information Centre network and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality visitor experience for residents and visitors.
