The Department of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands has awarded a contract for $794,650 to Nobles Construction of Springdale to remove and replace Rocky Brook Bridge in the Badger area.

The contract includes removing the former steel girder bridge, centre pier and abutments and installing a new 180-foot steel panel (timber deck) bridge on poured concrete abutments.

The work is planned to be completed in the fall of 2026.
