The Honourable Helen Conway Ottenheimer, KC, Minister of Justice and Public Safety, will participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at the 24th Annual Newfoundland and Labrador Police and Peace Officers Memorial Ceremony and Parade.

The ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 27, at the Memorial Monument Site outside of the Confederation Building East Block, St. John’s, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
