The Information Management Division, is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Information Management and Information Protection (IM/IP) policies and procedures throughout Digital Government and Service NL, ensuring IM/IP policies and procedures are incorporated in departmental Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) initiatives and for providing superior quality IM services to the Department to enable better service to Departmental clients. The Division addresses the Department’s applications under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) Act and the Management of Information Act.
