The Commercial Registrations Division has responsibility for maintaining 9 legal registries for the province. These are the Registry of Companies, Co-operatives, Deeds, Personal Property, Lobbyists, Limited Liability Partnerships, Condominiums, Mechanics Liens, and Limited Partnerships.
