When a Limited Liability Partnership or an extra-provincial Limited Liability Partnership dissolves, the partnership shall submit to the registrar for filing a notice (261 KB) advising the registrar of the dissolution of the partnership. There is no fee for filing this notice.

Upon processing the notice of dissolution the registrar will cancel the registration of the partnership and file such notice of cancellation in the Gazette.
