- Licencing of direct sales contracts between consumers and business entities to protect consumers being solicited at home.
- Collection Agencies
- Licencing of individuals and corporations that facilitate the collection of outstanding debt for others
- Charitable Gaming
- Licencing of charitable organizations to conduct and manage gaming activities to ensure fair play and financial proceeds returned to the organizations for charitable programming.
- Payday Lenders
- Businesses engaged in loans of $1,500 or less for a term of 62 days or less as well as provisions of the payday loan contract.
- Residential Tenancies
- Receives applications for disputes between landlords and tenants and provides mediation and adjudication services to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants.
- Consumer Protection and Business Practices
- Disclosure requirements of businesses regarding consumer transactions for goods and services to ensure consumers have the information they need to make informed decisions about purchase decisions.
