Examples of IT projects include the modernization or enablement of IT applications, websites, hardware migrations, etc. Records may include: Correspondence with the OCIO Project Team, Project Charter document, Business Requirements document, Project Scope document, diagrams, etc. Event Date (ED) equals the date a public body receives written confirmation from the OCIO that a project is closed. |
