Regulations, Acts and Orders for Hunters / Trappers

The Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture is responsible for managing the province’s wildlife resources and enforcing the Wild Life Act and Wild Life Regulations.

Hunting regulations ensure that these activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner, and that all wildlife and our environment are treated with respect.
