Project Description:
The Bay Bulls-Bauline Athletic Association is proposing to construct a 4.1 kilometre multi-use trail for recreational and physical activities, including but not limited to, ATV use, cycling, walking, hiking, and snowshoeing. The trail is to link Cape Pond Road to Horse Chops Road in addition to the trail through Cape Broyle, Calvert and Ferryland. The development is designed to be wide enough to allow pedestrians and motorized vehicles to occupy the space together.

- November 20, 2022 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- November 18, 2022 – Stop Work Order Issued.
- May 23, 2023 – Updated registration document submitted.

- July 7, 2023 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- July 7, 2023 – The Minister determined that the Project is released.
- November 9, 2023 – Environmental Protection Plan is acceptable.
