Visitor restrictions have been lifted at all provincially operated acute care facilities, treatment facilities, health centres and long-term care homes. However, Regional Health Authorities have the discretion to implement visitor restrictions should the need arise due to operational issues in any of their facilities, including the identification of COVID-19 or other infectious disease outbreak sites and/or changes in COVID-19 prevalence within their service areas.
