Self-isolation requirements depend on your individual circumstances. If you want to know the self-isolation requirements for multiple people, please complete the assessment for each person.

1. I had a positive COVID-19 PCR test.
2. I had a positive COVID-19 rapid test.
3. I have not been exposed to a person that has COVID-19 but I have one or more symptoms of COVID-19.
4. I may have been exposed to a person outside my household that has COVID-19 (for example, if you were contacted by a public health official or someone who has COVID-19, through a public health letter or notified through a public advisory).
5. I am a health care worker in a regional health authority and have symptoms and/or may have been exposed to a person that has COVID-19.
6. I am a traveller arriving in Newfoundland and Labrador.
7. I am a caregiver or household member of someone who is isolating because they may have been exposed to a person who has COVID-19.
8. I am a caregiver or household member of someone who is isolating because they have COVID-19.
