Project Description:

 The proponent proposes to use an existing building to process ground fish and construct a new building to process crab in Argentia. The existing building is located at 110 Charter Avenue on lot #41 and the new building is to be located on an adjacent lot #30 in the Industrial Park of the Port of Argentia. The existing building is 511 square metres and new building will be 1,394 square metres.

• October 7, 2021 – The undertaking was registered.
• November 12, 2021 – Deadline for public comments.
• November 21, 2021 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 19, 2021 – The Minister announced that the project was released.
• December 2, 2022 – Waste Managment Plan Approved
