Project Description:

The proposal includes the development of approximately 200 lots on 100 hectares of land. The land is accessed by Grange Road and Station Road and is bounded on the west by Junction Pond, the south by Second Pond and to the east by Bethune’s and Hooper’s Ponds. Construction is to occur in phases over five to seven years and will include grubbing, excavation, and road construction.

• March 20, 2009 – The undertaking was registered.
• April 24, 2009 – Public comments are due.
• May 2, 2009 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• May 21, 2009 – The Minister releases the undertaking.
• April 12, 2023 – Flora and Fauna Survey is acceptable.
• December 14, 2023 – Merchantable timber condition of release met.
