Project Description:
The proponent proposes to construct an abattoir on a cattle farm in Victoria, Conception Bay. The abattoir will be for slaughtering cattle from the farm with secondary processing at the existing meat shop located at 43 Swansea Road.

- December 2, 2022 – Deadline for public comments.
- December 12, 2022 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- December 21, 2022 – The Minister determined the project is released.
- March 29, 2023 – Condition of release met.
