Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to establish and operate a microbrewery and tap room within an existing commercial building located at 111 Mountain View Road in the Town of Salvage. The development would include renovations to the building’s interior to include the taproom, a 6000 square foot area that would contain the brewing equipment, and a retail shop. The facility will utilize municipal water and sewer services and operate year-round.

• July 7, 2023 – The undertaking was registered.
• August 11, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
• August 21, 2023 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• August 16, 2023 – The Minister determined that the Project is released.
