Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to conduct exploration drilling adjacent to the Isle aux Morts River located northwest of the town of Isle aux Morts. The proposed work would include a maximum of 20 drilling locations within 200 metres of the river. No drill sites would be situated within 50 metres of the highwater mark. Drilling activities would occur intermittently, year-round, with each drill hole expected to take two to four days to complete. Access to the drill sites would be by helicopter or via existing access trails, thereby avoiding the need to ford the river.

- June 19, 2026 – Deadline for public comments.
- June 28, 2026 – The Minister’s decision is due.
