Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to expand an existing quarry located approximately 5 kilometers west of St. Lawrence. The 4.22-hectare quarry will provide aggregate to support highway construction and maintenance activities in the region. Activities may include removal of overburden and occasional drilling and blasting.
- October 9, 2026 – The undertaking was registered.
- November 13, 2026 – Deadline for public comments.
- November 23, 2026 – The Minister’s decision is due.
