HR Advisory Services Division

  • Provides strategic human resources guidance and advise to government departments through partnerships with departmental executive and management.
  • Supports government departments in managing their employee relations functions, including workplace investigations.
  • Establishes and facilitates cross-functional teams that develop, strategize and execute corporate and departmental human resource projects.
  • Completes merit-based recruitment activities by conducting secondary evaluations in compliance with the respective collective agreements
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation and ongoing management of corporate-wide policies and programs related to disability management and workplace accommodation processes.
