In 2015, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador implemented the Job Evaluation System (JES) for the majority of bargaining and non-bargaining/non-management positions in core government departments and select agencies, boards, and commissions.

Upon receipt of a decision, you may appeal within the time frame given in the notice. To request an appeal, complete the JES Appeal Request Form (483 KB) form. Send the completed form to classificationappeals@gov.nl.ca. We will contact you after receiving your request.
