The Disability Policy Office is the focal point and a center of excellence for government and community providing leadership in advancing accessibility and inclusion of persons with disabilities. The Disability Policy Office supports all government departments in ensuring their policies, programs and practices are accessible and integrate principles that promote full inclusion of persons with disabilities in all aspects of society. The Disability Policy office also acts as secretariat to the provincial Advisory Council for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities.
