Project Description:

The proponent is proposing the replacement and upgrading of municipal water distribution and sanitary sewer infrastructure along approximately 825 metres of Route 70. The project would involve the installation of a high-density polyethylene watermain beneath the riverbed, replacement of sanitary manholes, and associated roadway restoration, all within the existing municipal right‑of‑way. The project would cross the Salmon Cove River, a scheduled salmon river.
