Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to establish and operate a concrete batch plant in an active industrial construction yard located at #6 Route 412 in the town of Baie Verte. The proposed area for the batch plant is approximately 40 metres by 50 metres and the undertaking is expected to operate for up to four years, subject to project demand. The project would establish a local concrete supply source to support construction and mining-related development in the Baie Verte area.

- June 26, 2026 – Deadline for public comments.
- July 5, 2026 – The Minister’s decision is due.
