Registration and Information Desks

The Conference Registration Desk will be located in the Main Lobby of the Delta Hotel.

Delegates and participants are invited to register and pick up conference materials at the Registration Desk during the following hours:

  • Wednesday, July 19, 2017 – 07:00 – 08:30 and 14:30 – 18:30
  • Thursday, July 20, 2017 – 07:00 – 09:30

Delegates and participants are invited to visit the Provincial Information Desk located in the Main Lobby of the Delta Hotel, for their information and conference concierge needs. The Information Desk will be open during the following hours:

  • Tuesday, July 18, 2017 – 11:30 – 21:00
  • Wednesday, July 19, 2017 – 06:30 – 21:30
  • Thursday, July 20, 2017 – 14:30 – 18:30

Conference Badges

Conference badges will be given out during registration, and these badges are required to enter all conference meeting rooms and events.

Accommodations Information

The Delta Hotel St. John’s Conference Centre is located at 120 New Gower Street, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Their direct number is (709) 739-6404, or toll-free at 1-888-793-3582.

Amenities

Gift/newsstand, mobility accessible rooms, safe deposit boxes, room service hours are 06:30 – 23:00, valet dry cleaning, daily housekeeping, pets welcome, contact hotel for details.

Dining

Mickey Quinn’s is the on-site restaurant that offers various menu options. Hours of operation are 06:30 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 (pub open until 24:00 on Thursday and 01:00 on Friday and Saturday). With the Delta located in the beautiful downtown district, many fine dining establishments are located minutes away.

Fitness Facilities

The fitness centre has cardiovascular equipment and free weights, as well as an indoor pool and whirlpool.

On-site parking available for $15 daily and valet parking available for $30 daily
