Patient should be between 15-20 weeks GA. Maternal serum screen requisition is required and must be completed with all information.

Please consult specimen stability guide. Valid measurements of AFP in maternal serum CANNOT be made after amniocentesis. Maternal serum samples MUST be drawn PRIOR to amniocentesis
