The Provincial Laboratory Formulary (PLF) provides guidance on optimum utilization of laboratory testing resources based on clinical practice guidelines and other guidance documents produced by expert groups within the province. These guidelines, and other resources, are reviewed and approved by the Provincial Laboratory Formulary Advisory Council (PLFAC), and showcased here for convenient access when using the PLF. These same resources are also linked from relevant test entries in the PLF database.
