Sample should be kept as whole blood in original collection container. Collect in a lavender top (EDTA) tube, minimum 3 mL. Mix the whole blood but do not centrifuge the tube. Collect whole blood trough level sample immediately before the next scheduled dose. Provide the date and time of the collection and of the next scheduled dose. Store refrigerated or frozen for up to 14d.
