Sample should be kept as whole blood in original collection container. Do NOT centrifuge. Store refridgerated or frozen for up to 14 days. Trough levels are drawn immediatley prior to a.m. dose. Two hour post-dose for peak levels is also typical. Use Lavender EDTA vacutainer. Minimum volume 3mL.
