- Second line tests to investigate hypogammaglobulinemic patients,used in the assessment of patients with recurring infections which may have affected the distribution of the IgG subclasses. Order only with immunoglobulin abnormality. Testing may be indicated in patients with clinical evidence and have normal total IgG protein.
