At leat 12 hours prior this test, no multivitamins or dietary supplements containing biotin or vitamin B7, which are commonly found in hair, skin, and nail supplements and multivitamins. Cystoscopy, urethral instrumentation, and prostate biopsy may increase PSA levels.
