Test only available to patient referred to the fertility clinic. Also must have recent serology testing. Test can only be ordered by NLFS phsician.

Preparation for IUI cycle determined by NLFS physicians.
- Special Collection / Transport / Processing Requirements
Patient is reccomended to collect as close to sperm wash start time as possible. It is reccomended to collect on site but may collect at home. If collecting at home patient should drop off sample within 30 mins of collection.
- Criteria for Rejection
If patient is >20 mins late for sperm wash appointment the sperm wash procedure may get cancelled.
