24hr urine collection with 25mL 50% Acetic Acid. Adjust pH to be less than 4. Freeze two 10-15mL aliquots. Other acceptable specimens are 24hr urine with 25 mL 6N HCl, 24hr urine with 10g Boric Acid, or 24hr urine with no preservative. State total volume and pH on label
