Approved Dealers will have two different types of user access for the Dealer Web.
The two security levels are:
- Dealer Superuser (financial users)
- Dealer User (registration users).

DEALER USER ACCESS: (REGISTRATION USER)
- Plate Replacement

Request for Access
Important:
- Applications will have to be submitted for Dealer Superusers ONLY.
- Dealer Superusers will have access to payment information.
- Dealer Superusers will have the permissions to grant and manage access for all dealer users within
their dealer web. - Applications for Registration Users do not have to be submitted to Motor Registration.
- Each dealer will need at minimum one Superuser.
- The email address submitted for the superuser will become their username.
- The email address used for a username is caps sensitive.
- If an individual requires superuser access to more than one approved dealership, a unique set of credentials will be assigned with using one or more capital letters.
- To see which account is attached to each username, you will have to login.
- It will be important to keep track of which email address is linked with each account.
Example: JaneDoe@example.ca, janedoe@example.ca, janeDoe@example.ca, and Janedoe@example.ca
Superusers will receive their access via an email invite and will have 24 hours to activate their account.
If the invite expires, a new request will have to be submitted.
