Cheque or Money Order

You may submit a cheque or money order made payable to the Newfoundland Exchequer Account. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Visa and MasterCard

VISA and MasterCard are accepted by mail or at counter locations. VISA and MasterCard also accepted for online vehicle renewal.

There is a credit card payment box located on the reverse side of your driver’s licence and vehicle renewal application. Include your VISA or MasterCard number, expiry date and signature with your documentation.

3rd Party Cheques

Not accepted.

Debit Card

Debit cards are accepted at all counter locations. Debit is also accepted for online vehicle renewal.

Cash

• We cannot accept cash via mail or drop box; please consider paying by cheque or money order
• Cash payments can only be accepted by visiting an office
