The Hay Guide Chart Profile Method of Job Evaluation was adopted to rate all management positions. Appeals of management positions are conducted by the Management Classification Review Committee.

Upon Receipt of a decision, you may appeal within the time frame given in the notice. To request an appeal, complete the Management Classification Review Committee – Request for Appeal (57 KB) form. Send the completed form to classificationappeals@gov.nl.ca. We will contact you after receiving your request.
