Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to develop an asphalt shingle recycling facility at 49 Horizon Drive in Holyrood. Construction would include site clearing, grading, paving, and installation of equipment including a grinder, asphalt recycler, truck scales and a scale house. Recycled asphalt pavement would be used for road construction and maintenance.

• April 3, 2026 – Deadline for public comments.
• April 12, 2026 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• April 7, 2026 – The Minister determined the project is released.
