Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC).
- Lightly grease a 2.8 L casserole dish.
- Cut fish into four equal servings. Place fish in the centre of casserole dish.
- Spread onions evenly over the fish and cover with cheese.
- Arrange potatoes and carrots around fish. Dot margarine over vegetables.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley and pepper. Cover casserole.
- Bake at 400oF (200oC) for 40-45 minutes or until fish is cooked and potatoes are tender.
