NLPNP Skilled Worker Category

The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) facilitates the immigration of individuals who can make a positive contribution to the province’s economy and who intend to permanently settle in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Successful applicants may become permanent residents of Canada.

The NLPNP Skilled Worker Category is a permanent residence pathway for international workers and prospective immigrants who have skills that are beneficial to the Newfoundland and Labrador labour market. To be nominated by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, the applicant must have a full-time job or job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer meeting the employer criteria.
