Or submit an application in person, by phone or in writing by mail or fax, to the nearest Motor Registration Division office in your area.
Commercial Vehicle
Order a registration re-print on-line for any commercial vehicle.
Or submit an application to Fleet Vehicles, Please include:
- Plate number or serial number of vehicle
- Registered owner’s signature
- Telephone number
- Applicable fee (payment options for requests by mail or drop box)
The document will arrive by mail. Please allow 7-10 business days.
