The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure uses the Provincial Government’s online portal, the Municipal Support Information System (MSIS), to administer applications and project administration.

User ID and Password
Users require a USER ID and PASSWORD. Any user who has not obtained a USER ID and PASSWORD is asked to complete the appropriate form below and contact the MSIS System Administrator at – Municipalinfrastructure@gov.nl.ca.
