MERX Forms

As of November 3, 2020 Tendering and Contracts is using eProcurement through MERX.

Excel Pricing Sheets are a requirement of the MERX eProcurement. Consultants are to complete the form (SPC or UPC) to match their project documents and delete (not hide) any unused rows. Do not adjust the HST row. HST is a value bidders have to calculate themselves and add to their bid. MERX does not calculate this for them and consultants should check this during tender review. Any questions regarding the completion of the Pricing Sheet should be directed to Tendering and Contracts.

MI Liquid Asphalt and Petroleum Cost Adjustment

Municipal Infrastructure publishes Liquid Asphalt Benchmark figures to be used in upcoming Bidding Opportunities. These figures will be used to calculate the Liquid Asphalt Cost Adjustments, based on SGC # 1 (previously SGC #7). Benchmark price will be based on the Liquid Asphalt Benchmark in effect at time a bidding opportunity is published. Figures will be updated on the 20th of each month, and will remain in effect until the subsequent month’s figures are posted.

Petroleum benchmark and cost adjustments will be per SGC #3.

See the Supplementary General Conditions above.

Petroleum Products Adjustment Worksheet – October 18, 2022 (.xlsx) (23.2 kB) is to be used to calculate the cost adjustments as per the SGC.

Petroleum Products Adjustment Worksheet – April 24, 2023 (.xlsx) (24 kB) will be used for contracts formed using the April 24, 2023 Front End.
