Accessible Customer Service Standard Development Committee

Customer Service is the first standard for development and implementation. The Accessible Customer Service Standard Development Committee (Committee) will support the Accessibility Standards Advisory Board (Board) to make recommendations to the Minister for removing and preventing barriers in programs and service delivery for persons with disabilities. The goal is to ensure design and delivery of programs and services are equitable for persons with disabilities to access goods and services.
