Joshua Carey holds a Bachelor of Community Studies from the University of Cape Breton, a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Diploma in Community Studies and Project Management from Bay St. George Community College. As a career public servant, Joshua’s work focused on economic, industrial and community development. He has also been heavily involved in the community having served on municipal councils and as a member and chair of many provincial, regional, and community boards and committees.
