A sample IM Campaign that departments and other public bodies can review and customize to meet their own organization’s IM requirements. Leverage IM Month (April), or any month, to create an opportunity for IM education and awareness.
Consider sharing the challenge on the organization’s intranet (document and news post) and add the individual challenges to the calendar. Add them all at once, a week at a time or even daily to support your organization’s approach.
When assessing the sample content for your organization’s needs consider highlighting the areas that are both a current focus as well as overall best practice reminders. Declutter is about removing what you do not need but also about better managing what you do need. For example, this sample campaign focuses on instant messages, transitory records, information protection, privacy and a number of best practices for managing accounts, systems and secure disposal.
