The Public Procurement Agency is the central procurement unit of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, with the responsibility for managing the procurement process on behalf of all government departments. The Agency advertises open calls and resulting awards relating to commodities under the Public Procurement Act and are made available free of charge.
