This Division is responsible for the procurement cycle for commodities for government departments from planning to solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulations, trade agreements and established policies and procedures. The Division ensures that procurement undertaken by the Agency are conducted in an open and competitive environment while maintaining fair and equitable opportunities for suppliers.   In addition the division provides guidance and support on the procurement framework to all public bodies.
