Policy, Planning and Administration Division

The Division is responsible for training and implementing the Agency’s policy requirements and departments planning activities as outlined under the Transparency and Accountability Act.  The Division is responsible for planning, development, implementation and management of all information management functions within the Agency.  This includes ensuring compliance with the Management of Information Act and Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015.  In addition, the division is responsible for various programs including the purchasing card and travel card program, disposal of assets on behalf of all government departments and maintenance of the Agency’s information systems in consultation with the Office of the Chief Information Office.
