The Atlantic Standard Terms and Conditions (ASTC) were developed to provide suppliers with a default set of procurement terms and conditions. The ASTC and related provincial supplements apply only to those solicitations that reference them specifically.
If a conflict exists between the ASTC and the terms and conditions published in a solicitation document, the solicitation document takes precedence.
